ASDCU Calendar Items

Each member club may "sanction" one dance/event per year through ASDCU. No other club may have a sanctioned dance on the same date once it is approved.

How to Sanction a Date on the ASDCU Calendar

1. At your monthly district meeting, let your district president know the date desired for your dance/event (remember only one per year).
2. The district president will then clear the date with the ASDCU president at the next board meeting.
3. The date will then be published on the ASDCU / Square Talk website, www.UTSquareDance.org.
4. This can and should be done up to two years in advance.
